Brief Description of Incident:

A 2006 Buick Lacrosse, being driven by Jonte Johnson-Payne (B/M, 05/10/1988) was northbound on 34th Street South, approaching the intersection 46th Avenue South.  A pedestrian, female, 62 years of age, was crossing west to east on 34th Street South.  The front of the Buick Lacrosse struck the pedestrian, throwing her to the roadway.  The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
