St. Petersburg Police detained 19 year old Jacer Brian-Jevon Brown (DOB 01/08/1999) after he appeared on Facebook Live on Monday, September 17th, 2018 and posted himself damaging property at his home.  During the livestream Brown threatened to kill several people, including his mother and an individual at school. 

After officers tried to locate him, he turned himself in at headquarters with the help of family members on Tuesday.  He was detained under the Baker Act and faces pending charges of criminal mischief and 2nd degree felonies under Florida Statute 836.10.
