New information: The victim , an adult man, was shot.

Also , the initial call came from someone in a nearby house who thought they heard a crash and saw a driver slumped over in a grey sedan.
When police officers arrived, the car's engine was still running.

Police are investigating a man found dead in a car in the 100 block of 38th St. North.

At approximately 9:15 P.m., a driver called police to say a grey sedan hit her car and the driver was slumped over. When officers arrived they discovered the man was deceased.

No other details are available as the investigation is in its preliminary stages.
