Update on 12-27-18
The victim of a fatal pedestrian crash that happened on November 14th at Madison Circle North and 4th St. N, has been identified as Richard Rosenhoch (W/M DOB 12/24/1945).
On December 15th, an out-of-state relative called to report him missing after not hearing from Rosenhoch for several weeks. Rofenhoch was originally from the New York area, but relocated to Florida roughly 10 years ago.

Brief Description of Incident:
A red, 2013 Chevrolet sedan with license plate BICE38, being driven by Cadence Booth (W/F, 02/15/1989) was southbound on 4th Street North, approaching the intersection of Madison Circle North. A male pedestrian, entered the roadway on 4th Street North. The front of the Chevrolet struck the pedestrian, throwing him to the roadway. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is still ongoing.
