An investigation is underway after Justin Schmitt (02/26/01)was hit at the intersection of 45th Ave N and 4th Street N at 10:22pm last night.

The driver of the vehicle involved stopped and cooperated with investigators.

Schmitt was transported to the hospitals a trauma alert and is in critical condition.
