A 2010 Ford van driven by Willoved Chery (01/17/1996) for W.F.D. Health Management Services was traveling southbound on 19th St at 9:13am on Wednesday, December 5, 2018. After stopping at the stop sign at 19th St. and Central Ave., he proceeded through the intersection, where he hit Officer Robert Peters, who was traveling westbound on Central Ave.

Chery received a ticket for failing to yield at a stop sign, to an oncoming vehicle. Officer Bobby Peters was taken to the hospital and released with minor injuries.
