At 7:19 a.m. today, an altercation took place between a driver ( Randall Albritton DOB 3-29-73) entering the Brandywine Apts., 6803 16th Place North, and a driver (Evelyn Briggle DOB 7-4-87) trying to exit through the same entrance of the complex at the same time.

The two drivers argued and at one point Briggle threw coffee onto Albritton's vehicle.  When Albritton got out to check his vehicle, Briggle backed up and her vehicle hit Albritton.

Albritton did not appear to be seriously injured and was transported to Bay Pines Hospital to be checked-out.

Briggle was charged with aggravated battery with a motor vehicle.
